Kilo Lani yoga is a flowing vinyasa style that integrates yoga with the ancient wisdom and movement of the Hawaiian islands.

The word yoga means "union" in Sanskrit, and in Hawaiian, Kilo Lani means "to reach or look toward Heaven".  Thus Kilo Lani is a union of the body, mind and spirit with the ultimate goal of reaching Heaven (or nirvana).

Kilo Lani focuses on body alignment while building strength.  Combined with elements of Tai Chi and movements from the hula, Kilo Lani yoga focuses on breathing while maintaining balance.  As in the hula, there is an intense emphasis on core strength and hand placement.  A session of Kilo Lani leaves you calm and refreshed, putting you in touch with your true potential while transforming your health and well being in the process.
